Edgy. Christian. Necessary.  Not written as a health, weight, relationship or "find your happiness" type of book, but is by default.

Sisters and New York Times best-selling authors, Serene Allison and Pearl Barrett are . . . blah blah blah . . . forget all that. We're piping in here to take over the whole "someone else writing a bio for us" typical thing. Because this book is about you, not us.

Truth is, we had no business being on any New York Times best-sellers lists anyway. We sure didn't set out to be best-selling authors . . . it was all a big happy accident. We just had something life changing happen to us with regards to health and weight and we figured other women would want to know about it. So, we self-published a book (one of those print on demand situations for authors who doubt they'll sell many books). We figured we might get a few hundred sales if lucky, or perhaps just give some away to friends and family. But somehow the message caught on with a few women . . . who told a few more women. Eventually, millions of people adopted the Trim Healthy way of eating and it has revolutionized the health and weight of families all over the globe.

But we have something else pressing on our hearts now. Something that once again transformed our lives. It was birthed from our face plants, our return after return to destructive thinking, talking and behaving. We have this deep, gut feeling it is about to impact yours too.

If you do require more of a bio on us . . . we have no letters or official titles after our names. That happy accident thing with our first book launched a company that has grown beyond our wildest dreams. But more importantly, we are mothers and also grandmothers now. Rocking that season of our lives because with the years, has come wisdom. Not from our own minds . . . not smart enough for that. God's wisdom has transformed our thinking, our talking, our relationships, our health, our attitudes . . . and our entire mindsets.

It's time. You're about to go through a similar metamorphosis. Hang on to your hats. It's about to go down! Or perhaps that is up.
